Brooks Haack

Bio

Coach Haack serves as the Head Football Coach and Campus Athletic Director at Memorial High School in Houston, Texas. Entering his second season leading the Mustangs, & brings nearly a decade of coaching experience at both the collegiate and high school levels.

Prior to Memorial, Coach Haack served as the Offensive Coordinator at Randle High School, where he helped build one of the premier programs in Texas. During his time at Randle, the Lions captured the 2024 UIL 5A Division II State Championship, and the offense became known for its explosive production, discipline, and player development. Before Randle, he served as Offensive Coordinator at Mayde Creek High School, Quarterbacks Coach at Westfield High School, and Passing Game Coordinator at George Ranch High School. Coach Haack began his coaching career at McNeese State University, working with the wide receivers as an Offensive Quality Control Coach.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Coach Haack is passionate about developing the complete student-athlete. His philosophy centers on building strong relationships, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of excellence both on and off the field. He believes success is achieved through character, discipline, servant leadership, and an unwavering commitment to daily improvement.

Coach Haack and his wife, Berkeley, are proud parents of two children, Beckham and Brooklyn.
